Vallarta Tequila Bar has convenient hours for lunch, dinner, and late-night cravings. Thursday 4 PM–12 AM, Friday and Saturday 12 PM–1 AM, Sunday and Monday 12 PM–12 AM, Tuesday 4 PM–12 AM. Closed on Wednesday. Our schedule makes it easy to visit at a time that works best for you and enjoy fresh meals and drinks.

This place has the best Birria I’ve ever had, even compared to Puerto Vallarta! The Birria quesadilla is my favorite, but my partner loved the tacos. The rice was seasoned perfectly too, which is rare at most places. I visited three times in two weekends, and the drinks are amazing, especially the smoky pineapple. I did try the fish tacos, but I'll stick to the traditional dishes next time. The fish was fried well but just a simple filet on a corn tortilla. Still, for the price, it was a great deal. But the Birria? That's the star here. Highly recommend!

Great spot on Elm St! Super spacious inside and our server was really friendly and attentive. Food came out super quickly. They have a large food and drink menu. I got the grilled chicken quessadilla with rice. Loved their salsa and food had a great flavor. Definitely large portions and plenty of booths for large parties or a bar area if thats more what youre looking for. Great location will definitely be back!

Both drinks were packed with flavor, perfectly balanced, and served in oversized glasses that command attention.
